All tenants are excluded from owning pets - within Nineoaks... 

THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

An owner of a unit must not - without prior written consent of the Body Corporate -  bring or keep any animal / pet in any unit or common property.

Visiting dogs - when onsite must be on a leash.
